fter 4 years of existence with the Regatta Of Champions – The R.O.C. that became, probably, the most prestigious regatta in the Optimist Class, around the world, The R.O.C. Organizers are moving on in implementing The R.O.C. concept in its entirety and introducing The R.O.C. ILCA4 for 2026.
The R.O.C. ILCA4 will run with 40 Invitations for the year deriving from World and European ILCA4 Championships, as well as The 1st Ever R.O.C. Kosmos ILCA4. The selection will be made for ages under 18 years old (U18). All details are available in the NoRs of The R.O.C. ILCA4 and The R.O.C. Kosmos ILCA4.

The support and acceptance of Sailors, Coaches, Parents and Partners are proofs to the much-needed changes in sailing classes around the world.
